Hope you all are doing well! Missed you folks at the meeting last week.
We are providing you with materials and recap of the May 17, 2017 SBCA meeting. It was very well attended (50-60 people) and the dialogue was both spicy and productive. Enclosed are the following:
1. Detailed record of the presentation and discussion/comments.
2. Digital copies of the handouts provided at the meeting.
3. Summary of the written comments forms which were handed in, and scans of those comment forms.
These materials will also be forwarded to Lynell DaMante, SBCA President.
We also received the MPW EISPN comment letter and we will be addressing your comments in the Draft EIS preparation, along with the other comments received. Please let us know if you have questions or wish to discuss the meeting outcomes and next steps.
